By checking this box I agree to the Christmas Mini Session Terms, sessions are 15 minutes with 5 edited images included, additional images are 16 dollars each, the 125 dollars CAD fee is paid in full at booking, minis run on preset dates and are booked back to back, late arrival shortens my session and is not refunded, minis are non refundable and not transferable to other session types, rescheduling is only for severe weather or emergency at the Photographer’s discretion, gallery delivery within 3 weeks and active for 14 days, images are for personal use only, the studio may use images for portfolio and marketing unless I email a no publicity request before the session, liability is limited to payments received, Ontario law governs, I am the legal guardian of any minors I bring.
